“Are you going to answer my question or should I carry on?”
“You wouldn’t dare.” Her voice sounded more breathy than indignant.
He raised his hand and brought it down on her bum. A loud smack echoed throughout the hut.
She yelped, squirming on his lap. “Okay. I’ll tell you.”
Lifting her nightdress, he licked the spot on her bum where he’d spanked. Her soft gasp sent lightning through him. His erection swelled, jerking upward against her belly.
“Let’s hear it.” His voice sounded gruff to his ears.
He caressed her bottom and dipped his finger into her core. She was wet and hot. His tigress liked being spanked. He suppressed a grin.

Hello, sweeties! I've had a few busy weekends recently that meant I haven't participated in Sexy Snippets. With kids on holiday, I've had family and friends coming and going plus weekend trips away, like the trip up to Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games in early August.

Luckily, I have a little respite this weekend. Making Scandal and Scores are both with the editors, and I need to get back to writing Worth A Challenge. There isn't really a 'sexy' scene in it yet. So for today, I bring you one of my favourite scenes from His Strength book 2 of the Men of Valor historical romance series.

He caressed her breasts gently through her clothes, holding them delicately like they were prized possessions.

"I intend to suckle your ripe breasts until you beg me for more," he whispered softly against her ear, his voice coated with a husky tinge. "I'll touch and taste every part of your body till I stamp my brand on you. You'll crave no other man but me."

She held her breath in anticipation as his hand traveled down her body, stopping just above the apex between her legs.

"And when I get to your honey pot, I'll dip my tongue as well as my fingers in there and drive you crazy until you scream for me to take you any which way I choose. Shall I show you?"

Panting hard, she trembled as sensation thrilled through her body.

Romantic Friday Writers - Yes, No, Oh Alright Then

Hello readers, it’s a new month. Gosh, I can’t believe it’s June already. The year is flying by. Are you on track with your annual goals? Me, I’ve met some of my half-year goals but off on a couple. But I’ve got a month to work through, so here’s hoping. There's still so much to look forward to this year.

As it’s all about indecision, I’ve chosen a snippet from His Strength, book 2 of my Men of Valor historical romance series. In this excerpt Nneka, the heroine, is caught between what her mind wants and what her body obviously desires. The hero, Ikem, is not making the decision easy for her. J
