This week I'm excited to bring you a snippet from my upcoming book, Bound to Ransom (Bound Series, book 2). This is still in a first draft so pardon any errors. It's longer than 7 sentences but I hope you don't mind.

“I admit it,” he said in voice that acquired a deep rough edge. “This is about revenge.”

He strode across the floor and pulled her up from the sofa. One hand held her arm while the other traced a line down her cheek with his finger tip. Her skin tingled and she sucked in a sharp breath.

“Knowing that I have you in my grasp to do as I wish is going to be sweet revenge.” He lowered his head and nuzzled the side of her neck.
