So this week I have a snippet from Worthy. I think this scene describes itself. This is still an unedited first draft so pardon any errors.

Peter appeared lost in the moment as his fingers stroked the keys of the piano. The strain of music sounded almost haunting, calling to her. She crossed the threshold and walked toward him, her bare feet muted against the cool marble flooring.

But she didn't go too close, not wanting to disturb his moment.

"Come here," his deep voice floated over the notes.

Heart thudding in her chest, she moved to his side.

He reached across, gripped her waist and lifted her onto the flat top, his body between her splayed bare thighs.
