Without a word, he reached out and tugged the belt of her short, burgundy silk robe. She held her breath, expectation bubbling through her. The intensity of his gaze burned her up. The robe fell loose, exposing a matching silk negligee underneath.

Warm, rough palms slid down her neck, pushing the robe off her shoulders. It fell in a pool of silk on the intricately designed Oriental rug. He ran his hands up and down her arms; goose bumps skittered over her skin.

“I'm going to learn your body.” His husky voice washed over her in awareness. “Every curve, every dip, ever contour, every swell. What makes you gasp with pleasure, what makes you sigh with satisfaction.”

Q1) Welcome to my blog, Dominique. Please tell us a little about yourself

Yes, I am a published author of fifteen books. I write in the genres of Urban/Christian Fiction, Poetry, Inspiration and Mystery and Suspense. I am the owner of PEN’Ashe Literary Magazine and Diamond M’Press Publications. I am also a literary mentor.

Q2) An accomplished writer. Great to have you with us. Have you always wanted to be an author?

No. I went to school for cosmetology. I’ve always had a love for writing though. My grandmother inspired me to publish my first book.

Q3) It's so nice when I meet other writers who did other things before writing. Who are some of your favorite writers? Who do you feel has influenced your writing?
