Marissa, we’ll start with you. Tell us about yourself and the book you star in.

The book is titled, ‘Rescuing Cade’. It’s an erotic romance, it’s contemporary, and set in a riverside, modern city. I get to have lots of yummy sex with someone who visits the club I belong to. Not right away of course, but soon…he’s just so deliciously gorgeous and sexy. I want him the minute I set eyes on him. That could be destiny at work I guess. I’m in my twenties. I work in an advertising agency at the time you meet me. The story is about me and the hero coming to terms with our demons I guess. Cade is very special. He’s sexy and yet sensitive, very forgiving and giving.

Cade interjects here

You’re special, too. Readers, she’s pretty, intelligent, creative, sexy, and has loads of integrity.

Marissa leans over and kisses Cade. I love you.

Tell us a little bit about yourself …
-  Hi! I’m Cassandra VanAlder. I was born and raised in Nevada, and with a friend, run a nice boutique serving the community’s mystical needs. You’ve seen glimpses of me and my feline familiar, Myrddin, in Evelyn and Julie’s stories, and now, in my story A Wish Across Time, you’ll learn how I became the woman I am today.

Is expressing love difficult for you? Why?
- One would think being a student of the universe and believing in The Source, a place of all-encompassing, unconditional love from which we are born and eventually return to, that I would embrace and express love without issue. But I do. My heart was broken pretty badly in the past and I find I still have trouble letting that go.

If you were taken out of the story and placed into your author’s world, what would be the first thing you’d do?
- We’d go to the temple out in the desert.
